The Saint Hotel's decor is simply stunning, blending elegant white and striking scarlet accents that create a vibrant yet sophisticated atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. I felt welcome and cared for.
More accessible seating in common areas is needed.

This hotel had a fantastic location close to Bourbon Street, and the staff were genuinely friendly, especially the concierge who was always ready to help. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as the carpets were a bit dirty and the room felt slightly neglected during the stay.

It was just a perfect match for a speedy visit in New Orleans with good value for price. The staff was attentive and fixed my TV quickly. Bring a portable charger. there are not many outlets on both sides of the bed.

Perfect for a Couples Getaway
I’m tellin' ya, the check-in was a breeze. We got there early and got treated like VIPs, they held our bags and even rushed us up when the room was ready. Plus, the bathroom? Yeah, had this amazing shower pressure, hit you like a freight train, just like I like it.

great location but lacks atmosphere
The location made it easy to explore the area. The king room I stayed in was comfortable, allowing for a peaceful getaway.
The Burgundy Bar did not have the lively vibe I expected.

Chic Escape in the Heart of the French Quarter
The vibrant decor matched an unforgettable stay, but the noise from Canal Street made it hard to relax. Excellent breakfast options, though the bar opens late. If you need a quiet room, choose an interior one. The friendly staff did elevate our experience despite some drawbacks.

The Autograph Collection in New Orleans felt like a gem. The location right off Canal Street made it easy to explore, and the eclectic decor inside was really fun. Staff members were enthusiastic, always ready to help. I especially appreciated the efficient valet service, which saved time. My room was cozy with a comfortable bed and nice toiletries. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee served in the lobby in the mornings. However, I found the gym to be pretty basic. The elliptical was broken during my stay, which was disappointing since I had picked the hotel for the gym facilities. Additionally, noise from the street could be a bother during the night, especially in rooms facing Canal. I also noticed that the breakfast options at the hotel were somewhat limited and didn't feel lively. Overall, a good experience but a few areas could use some love.

Location is great, a short walk to attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had some cleanliness issues. Enjoyed live music in the bar area, which added to the atmosphere.

missingWrote a review on Mar 02vintage charmprime locationstylish designuncomfortable bedoverpriced amenities
Prime location within easy walking distance to key attractions. The unique vintage charm combined with the hotel’s stylish design provided a memorable experience that felt distinctly local and engaging.
Some aspects left much to be desired. The bed felt uncomfortable and lacked the usual support expected from higher-end hotels. Breakfast options were limited and overpriced, not including beverages with the meal. Additionally, the hallways echo with sounds from neighboring rooms, which might be a dealbreaker if you're sensitive to noise.
