Great location, nice big room and friendly staff.
Loud music played in the lobby every evening. You will have to retreat to your room if you want to chat with your friends or relax. Not what you would expect for a hotel of this price/category.
Need more front desk staff, slow service Other then that perfect hotel location and room

Vastly overpriced restaurant. Had to go out for every meal. Would have been nice to stay in once in a while but not at those prices. Odd that they would prefer an empty restaurant than cut meal prices in half and fill the place. The decor of the place is weird. There's no comfortable lobby, just an overpriced bar. And the lighting throughout the place is too dark.

The corridor blue lights were dismal. I assume the intent was meant to be clubby, or sexy, but really it was just disorienting and annoying. Regular light/ sunlight is good! Also, when we asked lobby staff to hail us a cab, someone contacted a personal friend who charged us double [we found out when we reached our destination, 10 minutes away] the going rate. Fortunately we raised the issue upon our return, and fortunately the driver brought back money to the hotel. However - should we as guests need to go through this? Jeez we asked for a cab! No more!
The room was very clean and the staff were really friendly. At the burgundy bar, they had the best bloody mary ever!
I asked for a late check out since I had a late flight next day and they friendly agreed at the front desk. However, they didn't communicate this to the rest of the service staff and as consequence they kept knocking at my door all morning. An hour before my checkout, I was taking a shower and when I came out, there was a lady doing the inventory of the room...so it was really stressful and a little bit intrusive. They need to better communicate what they offer at the front desk to the rest of the staff. Oh, and the black lights they have in the room are constantly buzzing and can be annoying after a while.
The restaurant ( breakfast) can be skipped: no juices, no good coffee only drip black coffee, and understaffed.

Einen Tag verspätet wegen Flugverspätung und trotz vorgängigem Buchen/Bezahlen aus dem Reservierungssystem gefallen. Geht nicht.
